Coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams to obtain buy in, project support, and high project adoption. Deliver critical project milestones on time to meet operating needs and strategic planning, while utilizing BI tools to monitor performance and report on project outcomes. Assist in the development of our north America Project Management Team. Utilizing Six Sigma, Scrum and agile Methodologies.Successes:1. Successfully project manage, develop, and deploy a digital transformation for Global Field Service Operations. Moving our current systems to a Salesforce service platform (Field Service Lightning) Increasing organizational capabilities by improving Field Service processes and providing leadership with active monitoring/reporting of work being performed. As well as Improved customer service experience of the organization via signed service reports, spare parts automation, and increased customer communication.2. Improved our Mean time to install metric which increased revenue by reducing delays and inefficiencies between customer signature and install event.3. Responsible for all aspects of the projects assigned including: project schedules / budgets, document control, delivery/handover, training, reporting of project status to senior leadership, etc . Problem-solving tasks may include resolving mechanical/software issues; resolving operating system bugs; and reinstalling software or hardware.-Train customer on machine operation and lean principle implementation with the end goal of the Packsize equipment operating at optimum capacity for customer efficiency.-Prioritize and manage own travel schedule, visiting customers in designated region. Make sure machinery is in great working order and that the customers have designs and software updates as needed.-Enhance the customer’s positive experience with Packsize by recognizing their needs and providing solutions that meet and often surpass those needs.-During some weeks, serve as the first to be deployed to address customer on-site emergencies; making it necessary to quickly reschedule previously planned work activity.-Communicate effectively both internally and externally, utilizing a CRM system to document actions and item performed, schedule future preventive maintenance needs, and other engineering functions.-Meet all field service engineering metrics including on time preventative maintenance, hotline calls per region, support hours per region, uptime, and customer satisfaction.
