-Lead strategy and operations for the SIP Team, a team of 30 full time staff and $3 million budget -Guide team vision and strategic plan to ensure team exceeds our goals; results include building relationships with 93 new CEOs and influential industry leaders from all backgrounds and communities, launching 61 national partnerships, and recruiting over 9,000 applications -Launch and scale 5 national, diversity initiatives – Interfaith Community Initiative, Asian American and Pacific Islander Initiative, Service and Engagement Initiative, Military Veterans Initiative, and LGBTQ Initiative – across TFA’s continuum-Support, develop and manage team members exceeding the org-wide staff engagement and satisfaction scores in 10 of the 12 Gallup competencies-Lead our team through an organizational redesign, building a menu of 11 strategic national services that our 50 regions can opt into and receive

-Create and expand the National Alliances Team vision and structure from 5 to 12 national staff who manage over 150 non-profit partnerships, 230 graduate school partnerships and 15 corporate partnerships, and manage over $200,000 budget-Hire and develop my team exceeding retention and staff satisfaction scores in 10 of our 12 metrics-Manage my team to exceed application goals over the previous year, including SEO (Sponsors for Educational Opportunity) by 471%, Girl Scouts of America by 409%, Zeta Phi Beta by 245% and Goldwater Scholarship Program by 217%-Create reporting and analysis system to track TFA’s partnership and mobilization efforts in new CRM system

-Hire and manage my team of 4 who own non-profit partnership portfolios and exceed goals by recruiting 45% more corps members affiliated with non-profit partners than the previous year-Cultivate two portfolios of 30 national math/science and faith-based organizations, exceeding my goal by recruiting 39% more corps members affiliated with partners than the previous year

-Design outreach strategy to start recruiting at divinity schools, growing divinity school applications by over 200%-Manage portfolio of 15 national faith-based organizations, exceeding goals by recruiting double the number of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship applications and 80% more Muslim Student Association and Campus Crusade applications -Launch partnership with Impact Movement placing tutors into Metro DC corps members’ classrooms

-Engage in an entrepreneurial, cross-cutting, recruitment initiative across 400+ colleges and universities, contacting over 1,400 prospective corps members-Design and maintain databases of 1,500 corps members and alumni who participate in recruitment involvements

-Manage a territory of private high schools in 26 states with 9,000 inquiries, receiving and reviewing 2,500 applications and securing 300 deposited students-Plan yearly campus visit events for up to 4,000 prospective students and families

-Manage a telecounseling program making 35,000 recruiting telephone calls per year to prospective students, with a budget of over $80,000-Hire, retain, train and manage a staff of 40 student employees who exceeded the 35,000 phone call goal
