Served as the first Drexel Co-op with this Large international law firm operating in 22 cities across the world. Served as a member of a 150 person IT department serving an organization of over 2300 individuals including over 1000 lawyers. Dually reported to both the IT Quality Assurance and IT Infrastructure teams. Performed QA tests on different web-based applications including the firm’s core document management system. Wrote Python code to be run with selenium and chromium in order to perform input validation checks on previously executed QA tests. Presented the Python code to a 40 member team of developers and QA team members. Performed an extensive audit of over 230 distribution lists, some with hundreds of members, attesting membership for security and for overall sanitation purposes. During the distribution list clean-up, acted as the coordinator between business owners and IT members addressing the concerns and needs of both groups. Presented and explained the implementation of the distribution list changes to the IT change advisory board, prior to a firm-wide announcement of the implementation of the change. Interviewed an internal firm cybersecurity lawyer and gained insight of areas that need IT security attention.
