Oversaw and directed strategic planning and execution to achieve market penetration and company profitability goals.• Established NSS Asia Limited Shanghai to serve as trading company to supply NSS products to the Chinese Market.• Established all third party outsourced relationships required to launch a new Chinese company. After the first 1.5 years of operation led the integration of ERP system, and brought all financial, warehouse, order fulfillment, and logistics operations in house.• Responsible for establishment of Shanghai office, showroom, and warehouse including site selection, design development, contractor selection and construction oversight for property improvements.• Personally recruited, hired, and established a team of high quality of office, sales, marketing, finance, operations, engineering, purchasing, HR, and customer & technical support teams.• Oversight and approval of the development of all Chinese sales, marketing, technical support, warranty, training, distributor recruitment and retention, and operating policies, regulations, and programs.• Led the NSS China team to rapidly develop over 40 key distributor and strategic account relationships throughout China. Grew the company from ¥0 to ¥20M in revenue in less than 3 years with an annual revenue growth rate exceeding 60%.• Responsible for guiding, directing, and executing strategic business planning and then managing the resulting rapid company expansion.
