Lead Mexico's HR Shared Services team, service problems resolution, HR Service metrics follow up and process improvement.Lead Regional Payroll Operations, coordinating with the local vendors and internal team to deliver payments accurately, timely, effectively within all regulatory, labor and tax guidelines.Oversee the regional control structure of the payroll process.Review, test, document and update payroll controls.Manage the vendor relationships to deliver payroll effectively across the region.Develop and manage to operational metrics that indicates operational performance.Oversee internal and external audits.Work closely with HR and Finance Departments on region initiatives ensuring they are rolled out with a coordinated effort between the teams.Partner with technology team to develop system interfaces and processes to reduce operational risk.Service-oriented mindset focused on creating customer value, enhance employee experience, loyalty and trust.

Identify, recommend and implement long and short term system solutions on a global platform, improve and streamline processes, enhance HR functions and reduce workflows through the use of technology.Manage development of new and existing HR systems and technology initiatives, plan and coordinate system upgrades and configurations, develop document and execute test plans for all HCM applications to ensure system functionality matches processes and application workflow.Independently develop project plans, coordinate resource allocation, formulate technology requirements, recommend automated business solutions for the HR department, and develop business case and rationale for HR systems initiatives.Develop and maintain key HR metrics in support of business objectives and key indicators driving business decision, support all reporting activities of HR functional areas and the organization, establish protocol and Identify trends resulting in adverse impact on corporate planning and business strategy.Create and maintain complex queries using modern reporting tools with ability to utilize and integrate multiple data source and enhance reporting capabilities through the use of dashboards and KPIs.Work cooperatively with all HR functions to ensure staff are fully trained on new or enhance HR technologies with strong emphasis on change management principles and techniques.Work with highly confidential information which could have an adverse impact internally and externally on matters as they relate to company policies, procedures and practices. Participate in other HR and Corp initiatives as directed by the Director, HR Technology.

Maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS)Possess advance technical knowledge of HRIS systems as well as lead cross-functional project teams of both HR and IT experts on enterprise projects and initiatives.Research, recommend and implement changes in data provided to streamline processes, handle reporting and analytics and troubleshooting of all system related issues.Apply in-depth knowledge of HRIS concepts, policies, practices and procedures in support of all HR functional areas.
