1 - Reporting: Betreft het volledige informatietraject. Van het vaststellen van de reportbehoefte;- het identificeren van de juiste bronnen; het vertalen van businessrules naar IT queries; tot aan het produceren van de gevraagde inzichten op de momenten dat deze vereist zijn.2 - Support in informatieanalyse: ik help binnen verschillende afdelingen medewerkers in hun informatieanalyse trajecten om te komen tot een dusdanig beschreven set van specificaties dat een brug naar systeemontwikkeling/ -aanpassing eenvoudiger kan worden geslagen.3 - Geo-ontwikkeling: De Basisregistratie Adressen en Gebouwen (BAG) is door mij geïnstalleerd en ik kan adressen in Nederland collectief filteren op hun verblijfsfunctie. Op basis hiervan kan data voor analyse doeleinden worden verrijkt.

Om reports aan te bieden aan mijn afnemers, maak ik gebruik Business Objects, ms acces en VBA. Mijn jarenlange lobby om Geo-intelligence breder in te zetten, begint vruchten af te werpen. Aggregaties, onderzoek naar correlaties tussen verschillende databronnen, worden nu middels Geo gerealiseerd.Op 3 oktober 2013 heb ik op het Geomarketing Seminar van First Element mijn zienswijze op Geo intelligence aan een 80 koppig publiek gepresenteerd onder de titel "Kansen willen zien !". http://www.element.nl/2013/07/02/geomarketing_seminar_2013/

During this period the network is in a process of change with the result that the organization ultimately tilted from regional handling to chain-oriented handling. As Business Support I did provide assistance by:- maintaining old tasks until they where replace or implemented in new processes;- Independently I have develope and maintained a system to register the applications for connection of new customers in region south to our network;- Using this model as a prototype I helped ZIGGO to build a stable registry for the whole ZIGGO area;- Carrying out audits on the regional processes;- I supported region south when a crucial webservice over a period of almost 2 years was not available. Over 24.000 applications could be automatical imported in our registry by use of my personal parsingsoftware. Regarding the fact that one application takes more then 15 minutes to process, it must have made quit a difference then.

Market-analysis, Geo-marketing and Campaign management were the main focus. In this role I was self-supporting for necessary IT. I do firmly believe in the efficient implementation of Geo marketing as a tool with added value for companies where Geo limitations are imposed on the products or services in the process to reach their market.
