James Dator-Frigon is a detail-oriented, hard-working creative pursuing a management career within the animation, gaming, and film industries. His core professional belief is that with the right team in place and proper communication, nothing is impossible.A Bachelor of Fine Arts in 3D Animation graduate from the University of Colorado, Denver, formally trained as a 3D Generalist and Character Animator. During his work as Production Assistant, he developed specific attention to individuals and catered to their personalities. Often resulting in improved team collaboration and motivation. With a background in technical and customer support he is a natural creative troubleshooter often finding solutions to issues before they occur and increasing efficiency. James is always open to new fulfilling opportunities to improve and increase his personal and professional skills. James was brought onto the High Impact team as the Production Manager in 2019 and has since expanded his role as the Studio Manager. His major accomplishment to date is having taken the entire studio remote during the 2020 pandemic.
