Although he started acquiring real estate in 2001, it was the credit crisis in 2008 that lead to full-time investing. During his career spanning 15 years, he has successfully held senior level positions with strategic, operational, profit and loss responsibilities in the high tech industry.As an engineering manager, David managed different engineering groups, while being responsible for sales and operations. David developed product offerings for the United States Military and MIT University, by applying his technology services across domains and integrating different engineering disciplines. He has a professional portfolio as a holder of patents, co-designer of 20 products that went to market and co-developed over 10 modules.
