My responsibilities include ensuring successful delivery of Arts and Sciences courses as well as scheduling and supervising program faculty. I work collaboratively with the Campus Dean and faculty to facilitate student success, promotes the reputation of the university by encouraging excellence through curriculum development and delivery, and serves as a liaison between the campus, community, high schools and local businesses.

I perform all duties relevant to instruction in undergraduate psychology department including course development, classroom instruction, test development, student mentoring, and other assigned duties at local satellite campuses on military installations. Courses were taught in person and via blended formats.

My duties include managing day-to-day program operations, assisting students toward successful program completion, classroom instruction, and staffing the classroom with instructors who support the mission of the University. I have primary responsibility for developing the department’s annual budget and am co-responsible with the Campus Dean of Academic Affairs for the fiscal well being of the program as it relates to education and helping to maintain/grow enrollment.
