-Revit modeling for the assigned design discipline-Ensure the accuracy of construction documents based on the BIM modeling discipline. -Collaborate and coordinate with other design disciplines: changes and challenges of the model. -Work according with the BIMXP defined for the project. Follow BIM standards and development procedures. -Monitor modeling and drawing updates and report to the assigned project coordinator. -Elaborate and document constructive details-Observe and check if there are clashes between specialties. Prepare Construction Documents according to the information provided by the External Engineers. -Coordination of projects from the preliminary project phase or development of construction plans. Carry out periodic reviews of the preliminary project and construction plans in the process of development. -Ensure compliance with the regulations applicable to the design. -Carry out field visits (projects under construction)-Develop design of plants, elevations and sections. Calculate areas and make boxes of areas. -Develop and coordinate preliminary projects for institutional approval and public and / or private bodies that require it. -Meet and coordinate issues related to projects, with qualified professionals from different disciplines (structure, electricity, plumbing, etc.).
