Mid-management position (60+ employees) responsible for support and development of the Global Commercial Financing and Leasing applications. Led IT effort to segment the PC business to Lenovo. Dramatically expanded quarter and year end close systems availability in order to improve business results. Oversaw implementation of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology which eliminated paper processing of invoices for PC rollouts. Implemented new approach for Latin America (LA) system enhancements that greatly improved communication and training between the US and LA teams. This improved LA customer satisfaction while minimizing system issues during the deployment of new releases.
