Responsible for building a new learning and OD department. Aligning business goals with training and development needs.-Collaborate and partner with executive directors, managers, supervisors and frontline staff to improve organizational effectiveness-Consult with decision makers on enterprise- and division-wide organization development initiatives-Design and conduct facilitations, trainings, team building and enterprise-wide initiatives-Conduct and analyze employee interviews, focus groups and online surveys to determine appropriate intervention-Assist in the development and delivery of the Emerging Leaders and Onboarding Programs-Design and develop online training using Captivate software (developed HIPPA and ePerformance online trainings)-Provide one-on-one coaching in conflict management and leadership development

-Managed DISH University trainings, library and communications-Designed and developed classroom and e-learning solutions-Utilized Captivate, PowerPoint and Audacity to develop e-learning solutions-Tracked and monitored training courses through a learning management system-Facilitated leadership, human resources compliance and employee and team development trainings-Conducted needs assessments to determine proper intervention-Collaborated with internal business partners to meet the needs of the organization-Acted as a project manager when designing, developing and facilitating learning solutions
