The GRC is an office committed to educating minds and hearts by facilitating dialogue on relationships, sexuality, gender and intersectional identity.Relationships and Authenticity(Fall 2023); Healthy Relationships (Spring 2024);- Designed promotional elements and implemented programs, such as "Men Talking" an event that hosted a panel of male dorm rectors and other prominent men on campus to talk with students about dorm culture and healthy communication in male friendships.- Lead a group of underclassmen "Firestarters" in idea generating sessions and met with other Senior Fellows to discuss programming weekly.-Facilitated difficult and vulnerable conversations surrounding topics such as domestic violence, gender identity, sexual orientation, gender equity, and masculinity.

Research and Mentoring Program (RAMP) The foundational goal of this program is to remove barriers that have historically hindered many underserved students--including students of color, first-generation students, and those from families with low incomes--from participating in research or creative projects.- Met bi-weekly with Professor James Rudolph, a designer with over 15 years of industry experience, to discuss and explore design opportunities aimed at improving the lives of elderly/senior dogs.- Conducted thorough market research to explore design opportunities aimed at improving the lives of elderly dogs, encompassing various aspects such as toys, beds, storage, and food/water bowls to identify potential areas for innovation.- Showcased motivation as a self-starter, working independently to drive the research process and present research findings in a well-organized manner, utilizing presentations to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to my mentor.
