InQlusion Mortgage exists to increase the homeownership rate within diverse communities by providing a qualified, trusted home loan experience driven by equitable representation, acknowledgment, and respect. We strive to help build wealth empowerment using our resources to educate BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities to use homeownership as a foundational wealth building tool and to promote fair lending through bold advocacy while celebrating the diverse communities we serve.

This initiative, branded FirstBank Forward, represents a purpose driven production team determined to help bridge the homeownership gap minority and other underserved families continue to face across the country. Despite pandemic challenges, the division successfully executed a market outreach and production growth strategy that earned the National Mortgage Bankers Association’s Diversity & Inclusion award in late 2020. While focused on community outreach and education, Davis’ division grew minority loan production by 400% in its first two years while also increasing the number of minority originators five times over during the same period. This increased the availability of diverse mortgage professionals providing more education in more communities where education is needed most. Other successes experienced since the division’s inception include:• The creation of a fair lending portfolio product to assist with the team’s mission.• Creation and funding of a down payment assistance program.• Formed partnerships to assist in the mission like Operation Hope, NAAMBA, NAREB, NAHREP, and many others.• Launching of a specialty operations center focused on serving underserved markets.
