Project Manager for various projects within The Coca-Cola Company. PM for the implementation of the ITSM (Information Technology Service Management).Currently the PM on the implementation of Service-Now Auto Discovery and enhancing the CMDB to accommodate configuration items being discovered through auto discovery. PM for the implementation of Service-now Change Management. The project allowed for building a unified process that is used by the global Coca-Cola community to implement change request. End-to-End processes were developed to manage the life of a change request. The solution allowed for the retiring of the various Change Request systems used globally. PM for the implementation of Configuration Management (CMDB). Defined the various classes and attributes for configuration items (CI) that are managed in the CMDB. Phase 1 was to create a unified process for the global community for capturing all attributes and classes for CIs. Managed the implementation of a manually populated CMDB with 12,000 CIs, Application and Infrastructure. Phase 2 is implementing Auto Discovery.PM for various Collaboration project using SharePoint and Stellent(ECM). Managed various onshore and offshore teams to implement the projects.PM for bringing Salesforce.com into The Coca-Cola Company and implementing a global custom Salesforce Contact Management system.
