General Counsel
*Bluecrew was sold by IAC to Employbridge, an Apollo portfolio company, in November 2022. It is a two-sided marketplace for temp staffing shifts offering workers and businesses the flexibility of 'gig' models with the protections of a traditional temp staffing arrangement.*Head of the legal department and member of the executive team leading up to and during the the company's 2022 sale to Employbridge. I led Bluecrew's operational and legal efforts for that M&A transaction at both a strategic and tactical level, from diligence through post-closing transition. In this role, I also oversaw all of Bluecrew's complex and diverse day-to-day legal matters, providing strategic direction of litigation/disputes and transactions; counseling on legal risk in product design, business strategy, and marketing; and managing other attorneys and the legal budget.
