Mr. Browning is an engineering graduate of the University of Utah with a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a licensed professional engineer. Mr. Browning’s professional experience includes critical infrastructure, fire protection, HVAC, refrigeration, lithium extraction, chemical process piping, oil sands processing, heavy industrial, mining, and national defense. His experience and industry knowledge covers nearly two decades in areas of design, engineering, procurement, engineering management, project and construction management, scheduling, cost estimating, and budget control.Mr. Browning has managed multi-disciplined engineering teams in the design and construction of new capital projects as well as the re-vamping and renovating of various commercial and industrial projects. Mr. Browning has been the engineer of record for many complex EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) assignments both in international and domestic locations for various mining projects including mining and processing of lithium, copper, molybdenum, gold, silver, phosphate, phosphoric acid, and oil sands. Mr. Browning has designed fire protection systems for State and Federal Government facilities in the United States, as well as privately owned facilities around the world. Mr. Browning is fluent in Spanish and experienced in conveying complex engineering and technical concepts to both English and Spanish speaking audiences.
