The World Myth Museum is envisioned as the premier institution that explores, collects, and shares cryptozoology, cultural legends, unexplained phenomena, and all things rumored to be a part of our world, but yet to be proven to exist; this museum will allow visitors to walk through engaging and interactive exhibits presenting life-like sculptures that combine art, history, and science to interpret those stories that have defined cultures and explained our world; As a Co-Founder, I am contributing to the design and development of the facility, development of exhibits and educational programming, establishing collections management practices and procedures, developing funding strategies, and creating strategic and operating plans

Directed operations of AAM accredited not-for-profit arts museum, best known for its significant collection of late 19th and early 20th century American paintings, exhibitions featuring regional and international artists, a 90 acre sculpture park featuring over 60 works of art, extensive art and cultural education opportunities for all ages, and annual art and craft fair; Provided leadership and personnel oversight to team of seven directors, an historian, five executive assistants, and three operations staff members; Partnered with a seven member board of trustees and a twenty-five member volunteer support organization; Developed and oversaw a $1.7 million annual budget; Consulted with directors regarding exhibitions, programming, collections, operations, and facilities and grounds maintenance; Responsible for implementing, reviewing, and developing strategic plan goals; Worked with development director to diversify funding sources; Developed regional outreach initiatives to connect with new audiences in rural community; Developed immediate and long-range plans for capital and grounds improvements including solar power; Partnered and participated with civic groups and government leaders; Represented museum with supporters, donors, and public; Investigating scope of renovation and interpretation of historic home of museum founders

Directed operations of AAM accredited Museum entrusted with over 50,000 objects in its permanent collection, an active exhibit and outreach program focused on interactive and family friendly experiences, a 10 member staff, and 22 volunteers; Managed $650,000 annual budget as department of City of Rogers; Oversaw all aspects of Museum's $5.5 million expansion (including development of facilities designs, exhibit designs, program development, coordination with project architects, construction manager, and City administration and completion of $3.6 million private capital campaign phase with Museum Foundation); Represented Museum with Museum Commission, City administration, Council, Museum Foundation Board, and Friends of the Rogers Historical Museum Board, Wrote and administered grants from public and private foundations; Develop, implement, and monitor strategic plan; Presented public programs and outreach for civic groups, field trips, and special events; Collaborated with volunteers to present costumed interpretive programs; Developed marketing tools and plans; Coordinated community exhibit content, production, graphic design, and installation; Produced oral history video series shared through social media; Answered research requests; Guided tours of historic house; Assisted with collections acquisitions and donors; Worked with volunteers on special projects
