Directed operations of AAM accredited Museum entrusted with over 50,000 objects in its permanent collection, an active exhibit and outreach program focused on interactive and family friendly experiences, a 10 member staff, and 22 volunteers; Managed $650,000 annual budget as department of City of Rogers; Oversaw all aspects of Museum's $5.5 million expansion (including development of facilities designs, exhibit designs, program development, coordination with project architects, construction manager, and City administration and completion of $3.6 million private capital campaign phase with Museum Foundation); Represented Museum with Museum Commission, City administration, Council, Museum Foundation Board, and Friends of the Rogers Historical Museum Board, Wrote and administered grants from public and private foundations; Develop, implement, and monitor strategic plan; Presented public programs and outreach for civic groups, field trips, and special events; Collaborated with volunteers to present costumed interpretive programs; Developed marketing tools and plans; Coordinated community exhibit content, production, graphic design, and installation; Produced oral history video series shared through social media; Answered research requests; Guided tours of historic house; Assisted with collections acquisitions and donors; Worked with volunteers on special projects
