Coordinating the robotics team with a group of 4 robotics engineers to assure the support and fast response to keep all the production plants up and running.

Production supervisor on the chassis plant I and II with more than 100 production people.Maintenance engineer for final assembly and chassis plants, coordinating around 30 maintenance technicians on four shifts. Member of the H&S team auditing the Assembly plant for environmental findings, ISO 14000 internal certification.

Startup for 2 new painting lines with 25 painting robots, including installation, debugging and programming that was required for this project, more than 1500 painting programs, installation of 2 flaming robots for deburring process. Robotics technicians crew was 12 people.

Started as mechanical design trainee then I was moved to the projects department on site as programming and installation engineer, developing robotics lines for companies such GM, VW, Daimler-Chrysler, Nissan, FORD, for a total of 20 robots for material handling, painting and press to press processes.
