Developed award-winning HIV/AIDS workplace program for Ford of South Africa, with full development and implementation for 2,000 employees and their families within 6 months. Lead development of international medical software application for employee health clinics.

Managed clinical operations of employee health clinics in California, Arizona, and Colorado. Responsible for employee health issues for all of the Western US and territories west to Guam. Managed services including: medical surveillance programs, worker compensation evaluations, ergonomic assessments, workplace accommodations for employees with disabilities, employee training in health hazards, and return to work assessments.
