Primarily responsible for managing and overseeing the operational functions of the Talent Acquisition department while providing the highest level of service to key stakeholders including hiring managers, vendors, HR associates and the Talent Acquisition team.Manages all technologies utilized by Talent Acquisition department including: applicant tracking, onboarding, background services, customer relationship management, as well as, integrations with recruiting and assessment applications.Manages the creation and reporting of Talent Acquisition-related metrics; establishes processes to manage, maintain, and track recruiting data to assist in business management. Performs monthly audits of processes and proceduresManages relationships, services levels, projects, and process improvements with multiple vendors including relocation, background services, applicant tracking and recruiting, assessment, and customer relationship management. Manages temporary services vendor relationships and associate referral program.Defines and documents talent acquisition workflow, processes and procedures; regularly evaluates and revamps recruitment policies and processes; conducts process and systems training for end users.Manages background investigations and adjudication processes, partnering with Director of Talent Acquisition and Legal as needed.Prepares and reviews applicant data for the company’s Affirmative Action Plan.Manages a team of recruiting coordinators to include hiring and training employees, planning work, appraising performance, disciplining employees, and resolving problems

Provides administrative support to recruiters, enters documents into the Applicant Tracking System, accurately entera new hire data into the HRIS system, and ensures completeness of the new hire folderContacts candidates to schedule on-site interviews with the recruiter or hiring manager, makes travel arrangements for out-of-area candidates, and handles routine correspondence with applicantsInitiates and monitors background checks, fingerprinting, drug screening to completion and coordinate skill assessment testingVerifies and obtains reference and work history information from prior employers, educational organizations, individuals, credit bureaus and other sourcesMaintains employee referal and new hire orientation databases and generates ad-hoc reports
