Providing support and relief to the Sales and Operations Coordinator - Photographics in the Retail Department.Duties included monitoring photographic outlet sales performance and staffing, assistant with rostering and adjusting of staff levels, monitoring and coordination of stock levels and movements and ordering where required. Providing on the job training, coaching and mentoring to a group of around 60 full-time, part-time and casual staff. Providing mid level technical support to the department and liaising with EIS - Kodak to facilitate repairs to equipment where required.
