• Direct and oversee all on-site and construction management of multiple projects ranging in value from $5,000 - $1.5M

• Manage and supervise a team of 25 (and 40+ outside contractors at any given time) to upkeep the 90+ year infrastructure keeping in mind the guest experience and satisfying customers on a daily basis

• Managed and inspected the quality of the job performed by subcontractors and held them accountable to quality standards in the homebuilding process. Also scheduled, organized and negotiated contracts with.
• Worked side by side with sales consultants to maintain rapport with homebuyers regarding buyer concerns and custom options in order to provide them with the quality home they want.
• Performed “Front End Budgets” which included the budgeting of tasks for various stages of construction
• Responsible for creating “Scopes of Work” which outlines vendor and subcontractors responsibilities and obligations for all aspects of the building process to confirm completion and generate payment.
• Solely responsible for training new builders in order for them to be in a community on their own.
• Contributed to fixing take off issues which ultimately helped saved an average of $6,000 per home in take off errors.

• Promoted and sent to a start up community with the responsibility of constructing a quality home within a prescribed time schedule while minimizing costs and keeping variance below 2%.
• Closed 17 homes to complete the 2006 year and successfully tripled community profits while maintaining survey scores of 95% Definitely Would Recommend, 100% All Items Complete and 100% Excellent Quality. Builder.
• Managed and supervised the home building process from point of sale to after closing for an entire community. Closed out the Fastest Growing and Most Profitable Community individually by closing 35 homes in 7 months.
• Sold new homes ranging from the $120’s to the $350’s. Sold 20 homes in 7 months totaling approximately $4,200,000 net income while maintaining survey scores of 100% 1 Month and 11 Month Definitely Would RecommendAWARDS
