While with Disney, I found myself in the right place at the right time with the right skills to transition into L&D. I've focused on enabling frontline workers ever since - in retail, food service, hospitality, contact centers, distribution and more. Today, I’m on the technology side of frontline work, building tools that help millions of people around the world learn, connect and do their best work with Axonify. My book - The Modern Learning Ecosystem - is the story of what I’ve learned along the way. It’s a personal, practical, humorous take on the role L&D must play in today’s workplace. I also host a LinkedIn Live variety show (In The Know), present keynotes, produce videos, write articles and deliver education programs on my core learning and enablement principles.An organization can only transform as fast as people can learn.
