-Business sponsor for the development and deployment of the Enterprise Balanced Scorecard mobile dashboard via Microstrategy mobile. Combining Customer/Financial/Process/HR data.-Collaboratively partnered with Lowe's LP and IT Innovation team in a Video Intelligence POC that was approved and funded to provide chain wide store traffic data.-Business analyst and overall technical strategy delivery lead for Value Improvement reporting initiative. Over a 2 year span, total forecasted margin savings to the company will top $2 billion.-Coordinator and business partner for delivering Microstrategy Desktop training to Lowe's analytic community. Over 163 unique users trained in a 1.5 year span.-Teaming with Lowe's Enterprise Information Services group to transition general BI consumer population from a desktop audience to a WebPro audience.
