I am a passionate and driven Project Manager and Product Manager, with over 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry. I leverage technology to create seamless and memorable experiences for customers, especially travelers and digital nomads around the world. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, which facilitate cross-functional collaboration between distributed, culturally different and remote teams, having lived and worked in different continents and speaking three languages fluently.In my previous role, I lead and supported a team of 10 members to ensure we pivoted to address the company's IT and operational technology priorities and needs, while we remained on track to accomplish 100% of the unit's yearly OKRs. I researched and proposed hospitality IT solutions to address operational inefficiencies, and perform data analysis and reporting to measure the impact and outcomes of our projects. Some of my achievements include delivering the IT infrastructure projects for 23 new location openings in 5 continents, enhancing operational efficiency through low-cost IoT retrofits and automations in 15 sites, and molding the IT department into a robust global unit with specialized verticals and resources. I used my analytical skills, customer relationship management skills, and budget management skills to deliver high-quality results and meet the expectations of our internal and external customers.
