I am a passionate and driven Project Manager and Product Manager, with over 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry. I leverage technology to create seamless and memorable experiences for customers, especially travelers and digital nomads around the world. Some of my achievements include delivering the IT infrastructure projects for 23 new location openings in 5 continents, enhancing operational efficiency through low-cost IoT retrofits and automations in 15 sites, and molding the IT department into a robust global unit with specialized verticals and resources. I used my analytical skills, customer relationship management skills, and budget management skills to deliver high-quality results and meet the expectations of our internal and external customers.
