Provided technical and ordering support in a Windows environment for AT&T U-verse. Tasks included taking incoming calls from members, Tier 1, premise technicians and various AT&T departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues with U-verse such as internet connectivity, issues and concerns with Voice over IP phone service and issues with television services. Also provided assistance on ordering issues. Worked orders that had errors flowing through various routers and servers. Made outbound calls to members and other departments within U-verse to follow up on issues and get assistance with resolutions outside my scope of support.

Provided technical and billing support in a Macintosh environment for Apple’s MobileMe. Tasks included troubleshooting syncing contacts, calendars, bookmarks and other data types, all email support, Back to my Mac, iDisk, publishing from iPhoto, iCal and iWeb, and all billing support for MobileMe.
