Among the members of the Aero-Flex team are individuals that have had personal direct involvement in the Space Shuttle Program, Advanced Fighter Aircraft (F-35), and other private/military projects. Aero-Flex has the qualifications, and quality assurance certifications to manufacture flexible metallic hose assemblies, rigid pipe assemblies, straight and bent tubing assemblies, and hybrid flex-rigid assemblies. These are all manufactured to ISO 9001.2008, AS9100, and/or PED 97/23/EC specifications. These provide excellent vibration dampening as well as easing installation into complex units. Our fluid transfer assemblies of flexible, rigid, and flex-rigid hybrid components are available in the full range of alloys required for the specific function for which they are built. These include transfers of fuel, coolant, hydraulic, gases, air, lubrication, etc. in aircraft engines, land based power turbines, aircraft, space, military, and commercial equipment. Aero-Flex has the personnel and equipment to produce any required fluid transfer spools. We provide real world solutions to the most complex applications, and we do it efficiently and with rapid response times. In addition Aero-Flex has the capacity to produce machined parts used independently, or in conjunction with our hose/tube/pipe assemblies.
