Our daughter was eager to become a franchisee for Rita's Italian Ice and the only way to do so was for someone to purchase the rights to the brand and become the Area Developer to represent the brand so others could see how successful the franchise transfers to the State of Michigan. So our family did just that and Dean Family Enterprises, LLC was born.
