Collaborate to compose floor routines with another choreographer to prepare and tailor make collegiate floor routines for the University of Washington Women's Gymanstics Team. Each routine is created according to the gymnast's individual dance style and personality. Every movement in a routine is chosen to ensure that judges not only see the artistic side to a gymnast, but the technical side as well. Thus, the gymnast can more easily reach her potential to stay clean and recieve high scores from judges. In addition, it is critical to pay close attention to make certain each gymnast feels confident in their abilities as a dancer so they shine and stand out in a collegiate competition setting. All genres of dance are utilized in this process including hip hop, jazz, ballet and contemporary. Furthermore, each routine adheres to all NCAA and USAG rules and regulations concerning intercollegiate athletics and floor routines.

Compose floor routines for gymnasts on the Seattle Pacific University Women's Gymnastics Team. Each floor routine is designed to extract and enhance the best and most unique qualities each gymnast has to offer as a dancer and performer. This year the SPU Gymnastics team was nationally ranked as the number one Division II team on Floor Exercise, which helped them set a new school record team score set this season, which previously stood for 6 years.
