Over the past 20 years, I’ve built and led high-performance teams to develop innovative products and intellectual property in the fields of ocean and mechanical engineering. Additionally, we are developing a marine environment-focused machine learning models to assist with Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) activities and decision-making.Previously, I was the Chief Technology Officer at HALO Maritime Defense Systems, where I led product diversification, enhanced system capabilities, and expanded market share. I helped HALO double its business in successive years through the introduction of new products and services.
