Current Lead a team of 2 Benefits/Leave Specialists in developing and maintaining all company benefit,retirement plan and leave offerings across multiple practice sites in multiple states Couple with Employee Engagement on companywide Benefits surveys and determine/implementactions based on employee feedback Collaborate with Benefits brokers on benefits renewals, negotiations and improving overall benefitspackage to offer a best-in-class benefits package that attracts and retains top talent Manage all aspects of retirement plans, including 401(k), Profit Sharing & Cash Balance Plans,including assisting in employee inquiries, pay period funding, providing annual census data, setting fundlineups and providing companywide education sessions Perform multiple compliance functions including ACA, 401(k) audits & compliance testing, 5500s,Section 125 testing and ensuring compliance with local, state & federal laws
