CurrentPersonnel>> Directly manage a global team of 18 IT professionals responsible for SAP and non-SAP operations support and development projects.>> Manage day-to-day activities of 21 onshore and offshore IT business analysts as part of an outsourcing partnership.>> Act as a mentor to and defines professional development plans for direct reports.>> Responsible for direct staff personnel actions including performance ratings and compensation planning.>> Responsible for team resource planning comprehending a mix of analytical, technical and project management skills.>> Responsible for reviewing candidate qualifications and making hiring decisions.Business Partner Relationships and Application Architecture Roadmaps>> Partner with business executives and stakeholders to define and maintain an application roadmap within each domain.>> Ensure that business requests are implemented per the defined roadmap and comply with IT’s strategy and standards. Operations>> Set guidelines and direction for the day-to-day activities of the operations team ensuring business continuity and support.>> Ensure compliance to Sarbanes-Oxley and other internal controls and define / execute remediation steps if gaps are found.>> Implement change requests on a planned, monthly schedule.>> Review and approve all team expenditures related to direct reports and software maintenance agreements.Projects>> Ensure adherence to IT project management methodologies, standards and best practices.>> Ensure that the architecture and design of new development is in compliance with IT’s strategy and standards.>> Ensure that project deliverables are properly generated and archived to support ongoing operations.Partner Relationships>> Directly engage with SAP account executives for consulting services and licensing contracts.>> Manage relationships and activities with our offshore outsourcing partner.>> Manage work orders for incremental IT resources and any changes to baseline staffing.
