For the past 20 years, I have specialized in providing extensive design services for federal, municipal, and technical facilities.Sustainable Service: Member, Nevada Sustainable Energy Coalition, mission: promoting sustainable design and use of clean energy, prioritize common legislative goals across multiple "green" associations, outreach & education for lawmakers. Member, Nevada Department of Energy – Energy Efficiency Strikeforce learning about cutting-edge sustainable methods, programs, & strategies currently in use across the nation. Responsible for commercial architecture within the district delivering various facilities for federal, military, and other clients. Provide departmental oversight and management of project design, execution, accuracy, technical competence, and coordination with related engineering disciplines. Provide oversight and review of various projects for other agencies following independent quality assurance protocol. Responsible for departmental project leadership, manpower, personnel development, and enhancement of quality assurance measures, coordination methods, and delivering excellence throughout service process.

Researching and verifying quality standards for school products, systems, and all items used in the construction of schools. Preparation of specifications, vendor & contractor interviews, & onsite materials testing for new items being considered. Preparation of quality standards, process documentation, created CSI database including cut sheets and product information. Fostered relationships with various maintenance departments from the paint shop to the lock shop, and including mechanical & electrical, security, network services, Vegas PBS, and energy management.

Business Development with Las Vegas Hospitality Clients, Plumbing Contractors & Engineering Firms; relationship development with Facility Managers. Opened new business opportunity for the Electronic Water Conditioner with National Pool Client.

Led Business Development efforts, lead generation, collaboration with other LAD offices throughout US & abroad. Focus on Corporate & Native American Gaming and Hospitality contacts along with raising the profile of the firm in Nevada.

Firm Management: As a stock-holder, participated in firm leadership, strategic planning, staff management & mentorship, business development efforts, firm cash-flow & financial evaluations, and acted in corporate officer capacity. Senior Project Management: Responsible for overall project leadership and delivery including client interface & strategic relationships, meeting project milestones & agency and code requirements, project communications & correspondence, budget forecasting & monitoring progress, project delivery within construction budget & schedule deadlines, fee negotiations, needs assessments, client & public presentations; oversee & manage consulting engineers (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, probable cost, AV & other specialty consultants; design & construction documents preparation, material selection & specifications, bidding, construction contract administration, and post-construction services.
