* Head of University Recruiting team* Organized Mozilla's first WSOH (World Series of Hack) in July 2011. 200 students attended to work on a variety of APIs/themes proposed by the companies participating in WSOH (Dropbox, Yahoo!, Google, Box, Scribd, Mozilla, Github, Ning, MongoDB)* Quadrupled the size of Mozilla's internship program between 2008 and 2012, with a high conversion rate from 2011 to 2012. * Created a policy to keep students engaged with Mozilla throughout the academic year* Responsible for identifying tier1 CS universities, managing onsite presence at those schools, implementing university programs, reaching out to faculty members and students to promote open source engineering environment.• Managed overall pipeline for full‐time and internship positions.
