Current• Overall responsibility for the Milton Keynes office comprising 5 teams, 4 Managers, 19 staff and a ~£2mill. T/O.• Motivated, trained, supported and appraised multiple teams and their respective consultants• Budgeted, forecasted and strategically planned an approach for the teams and the office as a whole• Ensured clear communication with my Managers and Consultants to ensure that we were all pulling in the right direction• Ensured the message/direction/decisions made by my Director and myself were being passed down the management chain clearly and concisely• Oversaw new consultants that joined Venn Group with little or no experience developed into excellent consultants, and then potentially Managers and beyond• Dealt with consultants that had difficult situations/circumstances and was able to provide suitable options or solutions that followed Venn Group’s mission statement
