I help build human-centered products as well as improve existing ones. In my role as a cross-functional change agent, I combine my technical background in Electrical and Systems Engineering, Lean, Project Management, with organization building, like critical thinking, Commander's Intent. I get into the lab whenever I can to work with a soldering iron and prototypes, and I love to put focus on quality of results.I have had a passion for product design since I was a child. It has led me to design and sell products for myself, as well as innovate new and existing products for companies from small to fortune 500 size. I am always looking for the chance to engage with companies focusing on new product development.Now more than ever, mindsets and behaviors that encourage problem solving and creativity, built around flexible frameworks for real people are what lead to quality and flow, and ultimately cost savings. My place is in enabling those changes with a view of the entire system, and having fun at the same time.
