My role is to monitor all the casino systems and ensure 27 x 7 up time. Responsible systems include all areas of operations from Network to Systems. It's a different environment with many challenging aspects. Within a casino there are many different systems that one would not find in a normal business as well as several security restrictions that make the job fun and challenging.

• Developed intranet application for annual budgeting process, eliminating the need to send out 100 Access databases to department heads for budget input. New application generated solution reports on demand with processing tracked in real time, replacing prior total business processing time of 60 days. Errors or inaccurate information are identified in real-time and results are automatically uploaded into ERP system.
