Creating and updating website

I provided sole user support and network support to a 30 + user environment. This included maintaining several Microsoft based servers, printers and communications. * I was also integrated into marketing and development where I was responsible for grant writing, writing copy and working with design.

I worked with two departments providing desktop and hardware support for the hospital as well as supporting NexTGen 3x and 5x for a physician support department.

I served on a technology team responsible for troubleshooting computers, and network components. These duties are performed on a wired, and wireless environment of over 3000 workstations and laptops. I was responsible for hardware, and software installations, as well as repair and replacement of equipment.

I installed Microsoft Small Business Server networks for small businesses. I consulted for security, disaster recovery and virus protection. I also did onsite, as well as remote, trouble shooting and maintenance on established networks.

I served on a technology team responsible for troubleshooting computers, and network components in a wired/wireless environment of over 3000 workstations and laptops. I was responsible for hardware, and software installations, as well as repair and replacement of equipment, and user support. I also assisted in the support, and implementation of network security, software license monitoring. I have supervised crews in transporting, connecting, configuring, and migrating systems (rollouts) during the winter and summer breaks I have performed LAN support, cable planning, and terminations, for wired network connectivity. I have taught classes in applications for the district, and have contributed my services to extra functions such as tech night at Hannah Beardsley Middle School.
