Every week I speak with many customers discussing player preferences and matching players to their ideal games. I know how to examine someone's 'likes' and 'dislikes' to determine the most likely candidates for them to enjoy. I understand what makes or breaks a game and I know how to put that knowledge to use.I am an avid gamer and have been playing video games as long as I remember. My first memory is Super Mario Bros. World 1-1 jumping across the large chasm after the second Power Mushroom.Video Games are my true passion. I grew up on the classic RPGs like Final Fantasy III (J-VI), Chrono Trigger and Super Mario RPG. I have played through adventures with Legend of Zelda, Gauntlet, and Jak and Daxter. I have sparred alongside the Soul Calibur and Smash Bros. crews. I have dabbled in all sports, racing, and flight simulation (X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter owned my life for a full year). I love strategy games, both real-time and turn-based, with a fondness for Age of Empires, Final Fantasy Tactics, and Tactics Ogre. These are my teachers. I have learned from all of them, and I want to bring my experience, knowledge and passion to the industry that shaped my current self.Games are becoming a universal language, and we are moving into an age in which everyone will be a gamer, and everyone will play with family, friends, colleagues, and strangers alike. My life goal is to create a video game that changes lives the way that any or all of the former have influenced mine. When I am eventually given the opportunity to make a timeless classic, I promise I will not disappoint. In the meantime, I will work my bits off to gain as much experience in the industry as I can.
