I have over 19 years of experience in transportation planning, project finance, and revenue forecasting. For the last 12 years I've served as program manager for our largest tolling client, directing a diverse team of planners, engineers, economists, and other professional staff in delivering planning, engineering, and toll services. I am responsible for managing revenues in excess of $6 million annually and have supported the successful marketing of over $4 billion in revenue-backed bonds since 2012. I previously served as a senior project manager in CDM Smith's Transportation Finance and Technology group. In this role I was responsible for sales to targeted markets and delivery of technical services to our national client base. During this time I led studies supporting every phase of project development, from exploratory and feasibility analysis to bond sale and to project completion for both public and private clients.
