I founded my company, JD Harvey Designs, in July of 2022. We are a balloon and event design company, and specialize in upscale balloon creations. I founded our sister company, Party Animal, in November of 2023. Party Animal is Lubbock's first specialty party supply, paper goods, and home & gift store. I have a BS in University Studies from Texas Tech University. I am Vice President of the Metroplex chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors. I previously served as a trustee for two years prior to that position. Concerns of Police Survivors is a national non-profit that works directly with survivors of fallen officers. Our mission statement is to rebuild shattered lives. Outside of this national organization I am also locally involved on boards and committees, and my business has membership in various publications and organizations.
