Employed by two 21-member governance boards established by an inter-governmental agreement (Policy Committee is elected officials and municipal administrators / Operations Committee is public safety leadership). Project partners represent nine 9-1-1 / dispatch centers, 26 municipalities, 48 public safety agencies, and seven Emergency Telephone System Boards.- LEADERSHIP & COLLABORATION: Guided governance boards and eight working groups through the research, development, discussion, and approval of an innovative three-tiered concept of operations that provides options to balance desired consolidation objectives with each partner’s unique limitations. - STRATEGIC VISION: Forged consensus and built pathway to $4 million procurement of new shared public safety software. Teamed with County to study a shared 9-1-1, ETSB, and Emergency Operations facility.
