I managed several IT projects of integration, including Reuters SA in Geneva (12 months). There I installed a contingency solution for proprietary applications based on the Windows2003 platform. I produced the technical documentation and trained the operating staff.

I was in charge of the hardware and software integration of the platforms marketed by the company, necessary for the management of the access rights of the production Pay-TV by the customers. I have preconfigured computers according to specifications, I supported application developers when installing selected applications and on test benches. I validated the solutions and prepared the material before shipping. I have deployed these solutions on the sites of several customers in Europe and the United States. At the customer, I trained the operation staff. I have provided remote monitoring and support.
