Community Solutions Central Operations Specialist I
CurrentInitially, my responsibilities as a Central Operations Specialist were to monitor and resolve outages for our Managed WiFi customers.I quickly became an influential player and was tasked with a major migration project that involved largely removing our MAC authentication solution and implementing a new pre-shared key solution to a majority of our supported accounts.During this project, I held many roles including the migration work, but also serving as a subject matter expert, a pseudo-supervisor, and a trainer for 15 contractors that were hired to support the effort.
