The "Hondenbescherming" set itself the goal of increasing the welfare of dogs in the Netherlands and as appropriate, to promote responsible dog ownership. As director I:- Led a team of 5 employees, 25 volunteers, and cooperated with supervisory board with a yearly budget of 600.000 euro and capital management of 7.000.000 euro;- Optimised financial policy in order to gain CBF- and ANBI approval; improved human resource management, created and implemented brand identity and communication; - Initiated social media, fundraising and professionalised the use of free publicity.

Stichting Kinderpostzegels Nederland raises and allocates funds for the benefit of vulnerable children in the Netherlands and selected other countries. I:- Developed marketing and brand strategy;- Created support and understanding for integrated marketing approach;- Initiated fundraising activity resulting in yearly EUR 700.000 extra revenue.

FHV/BBDO is a global advertising company specialised in brand strategy and campaigns. As strategy manager was involved in:- Development of brand and communication strategy for Mars Petcare (Whiskas)and Dutch Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment;- New business development voor Campina International;- Create and develop foodconcepts Mars Food (chocolate).

KPN is a leading provider in ICT services with headquarters in The Netherlands, but has worldwide network of services available. KPN Research is the think tank of the company. As researcher I:- Led (inter)nationale projects with teams ranging in size of 2 to 20 persons and budgets ranging 15.000 up to 1.2000.000 euro focussing on innovation of the usage of internet communication technology; - Developed and visualised market scenarios ("Destination 2005") into 3D environments to create better understanding of the impact of future Information and Communication Technology;- Analysed trends and shared customer insights with marketeers and key influencers of the company;- Analysed consumer insights into concepts, services and products for KPN Telecom and Internet.

Coached and measured elderly in order to gain optimal data of human body dimensions and insight into the variation of anthropometric aspects of the man/product interaction. On the basis of these an anthropometric information system is developed that can be used by designers and product evaluators.
