○ Organize first aid and emergency treatment to all employees of the company○ Assess and initially manage most common subjective complaints (Headache, Low back pain,Dizziness, etc.) of employees coming to the company clinic○ Coordinate transfer with assistance center to the nearest Emergency room on any Urgent/Criticalstatus employee assessed in the clinic○ Assess and report employees suspected of malingering to the Human Resources Division of thecompany (after thorough evaluation and laboratory work-up to rule out any differential diagnosispertaining to the patient’s subjective complains)○ Validate Medical certificates pertaining the patient’s diagnosis, prescribed medications andrecommendations regarding how many days patient should be on sick leave from work○ Assess Employees going back to work after a sick leave (Fit to Work)○ advise on occupational health, safety and hygiene, and on ergonomics and protective equipment○ participate in the analysis of occupational accidents and top 5 monthly occupational diseases.

I'm currently working as a Medical Doctor in a Covid-19 Quarantine Facility with rotations at our Covid-19 Emergency Room and have previous experiences as a Company Doctor/OH Physician Reliever in various companies around Metro ManilaAssess and monitor all cases admitted in the facility (suspect, probable, confirmed COVID19)● Admit and Discharge patients according to protocols set by the facility, and may or may notincrease length of stay depending on patient’s stable asymptomatic state● Administer proper care and management for patient’s signs and symptoms, comorbidities(e.g. Hypertension, DM, etc.), as well as provide comfort for pregnant patients who testedpositive of COVID 19-infection● Release Medical Certificates and related paperwork to the patients once for discharge● Report daily census thru messaging, and updates during the tour of duty
