A passionate and ambitious, aerospace engineer and applied mathematician, with multidisciplinary R&D experience both in industry and academia, who believes in his equation "Mathematics + Programming + Any Field = Realizable Innovation". http://jdivahar.com/portfolio/I completed my PhD in applied mathematics from The University of Adelaide (awarded Dean's Commendation for doctoral thesis excellence). I hold a Master's degree in aerospace engineering from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore, and a Bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering from Anna University Chennai.I have 11 years of multidisciplinary industry R&D experience within civil & defence aviation and wind energy. Cessna's two business jet aircraft (CJ4, Citation Sovereign) were designed, modified, and FAA-certified based on the flight & ground loads I computed and the certification reports I wrote. Gamesa's two multimegawatt wind turbines (G128, G136) were designed and certified based on the aeroelastic loads I computed and the certification reports I wrote. Using the mathematical models I developed for helicopter flight dynamics & multi-body dynamics in Prism Defence, operating limits have been calculated for various warship-helicopter combinations for several navies (e.g., Australia, Denmark, Oman, UK).
Listed skills include Cfd Programming, Fluid Dynamics, Wind Turbine Loads, Catia, and 30 others.
