- Monitoring and operation of the SCADA system (Supervisory control and data acquisition - FactoryTalk View), providing solutions to the problems of operation occurred in the field.- Operator and controller of sensors and operational parameters of a crushing plant.- Maintenance and calibration of control equipment.- Assembly and dismantling of control panels and equipment for electrical connections and installations.- Perform predictive maintenance work, correcting electrical equipment on medium voltage (2.3KV motors, ABB ACS1000 speed drives).- Perform predictive maintenance work, correcting low voltage electric motors (0.46KV motors, ACS800 low voltage drives, ABB CCM modules, electric power distribution boards and lighting control boards).- Perform predictive tasks, corrective maintenance of instrumentation electronics equipment (rupture sensors, stop, movement, desalination of belt conveyors, temperature, pressure, level sensors of crushing lubrication systems), maintenance of a Allen Bradley PLC with a redundant system.

- Perform predictive maintenance work; correct the accessories of the auxiliary services of the Electric Plant Crushing Substation (battery bank, auxiliary services board of 380 / 220VAC, 110VAC rectification board).- Monitoring the operation of equipment within the substation.- Participation in the execution of maneuvers of transfer and reinstated of electric energy.- Participation in the set-up, installation and connection of motors and electrical equipment.- Generate reports of the power demand and events of the day according to the request of the supervision.- Daily participation in security talks and filling of the formats like HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) and distribution of activities.

- Integrante de un grupo de alumnos formado para el desarrollo y la implementación de un proyecto de ingeniería propuesto por la empresa SISCODE S.A. en coordinación con la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.- Responsable del desarrollo del software para la automatización del proceso de medición manual de volumen de objetos sólidos (cajas) usando sensores industriales de proximidad.- Encargado del diseño y la implementación de tarjetas electrónicas (PCB’s) para la adquisición de parámetros dimensionales (longitud, profundidad y altura).- Elaboración de documentación técnica, manuales para el usuario, hoja de requerimientos y presupuestos para la adquisición de herramientas y componentes electrónicos.
