Practice Excellence is an internal consulting division dedicated to improving efficiency and experience for local radiology practices by developing and deploying operational best practices at scale across the country.

Lead strategy and oversaw day-to-day operations for Radiology Partners practices in Ohio, Michigan and Chicago. Started multiple de novo practices and integrated several other large groups. Managed key relationships with three major health systems and several independent hospitals.
